Usage Analytics
We use Amplitude to collect anonymous usage analytics such as screen views, feature interactions, and app lifecycle events. These analytics help us improve the app and do not include your health data.
Purchase Information
Subscription status is managed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment information — this is handled entirely by Google.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide core functionality: Your symptom logs, allergy profile, and location data are used to generate allergy scores, pollen forecasts, and personalized insights.
- AI-powered insights: Anonymized health summaries (symptom severity, triggers, sleep, pollen levels, air quality) are sent to our secure backend server to generate weekly reports and daily briefs. No personally identifiable information (name, email, or precise address) is included in these requests.
- Weather and pollen data: Your location is sent to Open-Meteo (a third-party weather API) to retrieve local weather, air quality, and pollen forecasts.
- Maps: Your location is used with Google Maps to display pollen information on a map.
- Improve the app: Anonymous usage analytics help us understand which features are most valuable and identify issues.
3. Data Storage
- All personal health data (symptom logs, allergy profiles, sleep records) is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database.
- We do not store your health data on our servers after processing AI insights.
