Seller Fees Calculator for eBay · Last updated 7 August 2026

The short version. There is no account and no sign-in. The sales you save stay on your own device — they are never uploaded, and the developer has no server that could receive them. The only companies that see anything are Google, for showing ads and taking payment, and RevenueCat, for keeping track of whether you have paid.

Who this is about

Seller Fees Calculator for eBay ("the app") is an independently developed app. "We" and "us" mean the app's developer. This policy explains what the app does with information when you use it on Android or iOS.

What the app stores on your device

Everything you type into the calculator, and everything you choose to save, is written to storage on your own device only:

None of this is transmitted to us. Deleting a sale in the app, using "Clear all", or uninstalling the app removes it. If your device or platform backs up app data (for example Android Backup or iCloud), that copy is governed by Google's or Apple's own terms.

What we collect

Nothing directly. We operate no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no crash reporting, and we do not receive your sales figures, your name, your email address or your location.

Services the app uses

The app includes software from the companies below. What they receive is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.

Service What it is for What it may receive
Google AdMob Showing the banner ad to people who have not bought the Pro unlock Advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction data, used to select and measure ads. Details
Google User Messaging Platform Asking for and recording your advertising consent where the law requires it Your consent choices, stored on the device
Google Play Billing / Apple App Store Taking payment for the Pro unlock Your purchase. Payment details are handled entirely by the store — we never see a card number.
RevenueCat Confirming whether the Pro unlock has been bought, and restoring it on your other devices A randomly generated anonymous identifier, the store receipt, country and platform. No name or email is sent. Privacy policy
Google Play In-App Review Offering the rating prompt after you have saved several sales Handled by the Play Store itself; the app is not told what you rated

Advertising and your choices

The free version of the app shows one banner ad. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any personalised ad is requested, using Google's consent form. You can change that choice at any time from the privacy options in the app, and you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings — on Android under Settings › Privacy › Ads, and on iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Buying the Pro unlock removes the ad entirely, and with it any ad-related data collection.

Children

The app is a tool for people selling on eBay and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Keeping and deleting your information

Because your sales never leave your device, you control them completely. Delete individual sales, use "Clear all" to remove every sale for a marketplace, or uninstall the app to remove everything at once. Records of your purchase are held by Google, Apple and RevenueCat under their own retention rules; to ask RevenueCat to delete data associated with your purchase, contact us and we will pass the request on.

Security

Your sales are stored in the app's private storage, which other apps on the device cannot read. Connections the app makes — for ads, for purchases and to check your Pro status — use encrypted HTTPS.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
