Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply to Seller Fees Calculator for eBay ("the app"), an independently developed app. "We" and "us" mean the app's developer. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please uninstall the app.

2. What the app does

The app estimates what a sale on eBay will cost you and what you will be left with, using the fee schedules eBay publishes for its United States and United Kingdom marketplaces. It can also save your sales locally and summarise them.

3. Estimates, not a quote

This is the most important thing on this page. The figures the app shows are calculated from published rate cards and from the details you type in. They are not supplied by eBay and are not a statement of what you will actually be charged.

• eBay changes its fees, and a rate card can change before the app is updated to match
• Fees depend on facts the app cannot know — your exact category, your seller status, promotions, and terms specific to your account
• Rounding, currency conversion and taxes may make eBay's figure differ from ours

Always check your own eBay invoice and eBay's own fee pages before making a pricing decision. Nothing in the app is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and the CSV export is a convenience, not a bookkeeping or tax record you should rely on unchecked.

4. No connection with eBay

The app is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to eBay Inc. in any way, and it does not sign in to, read from or write to your eBay account. "eBay" and any related marks belong to eBay Inc. and are used here only to say which marketplace the app calculates fees for.

5. The Pro unlock

The app is free to use. An optional purchase — "Pro" — removes the banner ad and unlocks CSV export of your saved sales.

• It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
• It is tied to the store account you bought it with, and can be restored on your other devices with "Restore purchase".
• Payment is taken and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, not by us.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store's refund policy.

6. Advertising

The free version shows a banner ad. What advertising data is involved, and how to change your consent, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Fair use

Please do not decompile, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law or eBay's own policies. The app and its contents remain ours.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that every fee it shows will match what eBay charges.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, mispriced listings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app or relying on its figures. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and where you have consumer rights under the law of your own country, those rights are unaffected by these terms.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these terms — for example when eBay changes its fees. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
